Baseline rilpivirine drug resistance mutations (DRMs) are a risk factor for virological failure in patients treated with long-acting cabotegravir and rilpivirine (CAB/RPV LA). We investigated rilpivirine cross-resistance in treatment-naive and experienced patients in South Africa.
